IU McKinney to Host Annual Continuing Legal Education Event October 6

The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law will present its Annual Continuing Legal Education Program on October 6 at the law school. The event carries with it 6.0 hours of CLE, including 1.0 hour of Ethics. Proceeds from this program support scholarships for IU McKinney students.
The day’s theme is “Legal Frontiers in Health Law: IP, Information, Ethics, and Business Practice.” Speakers include well-regarded legal practitioners from Washington, D.C., Chicago, and the metropolitan Indianapolis area. Dr. Erin Albert, ’12, will discuss “Hot Topics in Pharmacy Law,” and Michael Witte, ’82, executive director of the Indiana Disciplinary Commission will present an update on Indiana ethics cases. The event begins with registration at 8:15 a.m., with the program starting at 8:45 a.m. and continuing through 4:30 p.m. To learn more, visit the law school’s website.
