Jeremy Stephenson, ’08, principal and president of development and construction at Milhaus, presented a talk with students at IU McKinney on November 3 as part of the law school’s Leadership Luncheon program. The event was held in the faculty lounge at Inlow Hall.

Prior to joining Milhaus, Stephenson led the development of over $850 million in hotel, office retail, and residential developments throughout the country. During his time at Milhaus, the company has overseen over $500 million in additional development. Based in Indianapolis, Milhaus provides expertise in real estate investments, development, construction, and management.

In the community, Stephenson has served in a variety of leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute; Outreach, Inc.; the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee, and Common Ground Christian Church.
