Professor Roisman Honored with Byson Award for Work in Housing Rights and Justice

Professor Florence Wagman Roisman was honored with the David B. Bryson Award from the National Housing Law Project and the Housing Justice Network. The award was presented on December 11 during the group’s annual meeting, which took place in Oakland, California. The award is for “lifelong dedication and exceptional success in improving housing conditions for people in need.”

Professor Roisman is the William F. Harvey Professor of Law and an expert on housing law. She was honored with the Elizabeth Hurlock Beckman Award in November for her teaching and for being an inspiration to her students.
