Rahma Hassan Hersi, LL.M. ’08, was interviewed by the cable news channel CNBCAfrica concerning Africa’s first Islamic finance conference.

Hersi, who is managing partner at Awal Consulting Limited, gave the interview January 26. She has been in this role since 2013. The conference is the first of its kind in Africa, and was held in Nairobi, Kenya.
