IU McKinney Professors Quoted in News Coverage of School's Handling of Sexual Misconduct Charges

Several Indianapolis news outlets reported recently on legal questions surrounding the way private school officials at Park Tudor and their attorney dealt with reporting of sexual misconduct allegations against basketball coach Kyle Cox.
Professor Jennifer Drobac commented on the case for stories on WRTV (by Todd Connor, February 5, 2016), as well as the Indiana Business Journal (“Feds aren’t saying if Park Tudor, attorney could face charges” by Hayleigh Colombo, February 5, 2016).
Professor Drobac’s scholarly work focuses on sexual harassment law as well as adolescent neurological and psychological development and the law. Her latest book, Sexual Exploitation of Teenagers: Adolescent Development, Discrimination, and Consent Law, was published this month by University of Chicago Press.

Professor Watson is a clinical professor of law and co-director of IU McKinney’s clinical programs. She teaches in the criminal defense clinic and the wrongful conviction clinic.
