IU McKinney Law Welcomes Latest Visiting Scholar from China

On February 4, Professor Huang Benlian arrived to begin six months as a visiting scholar at the IU McKinney School of Law. Huang is Professor in the School of Politics and Law at Hubei Normal University in Huangshi, China. She will be in Indianapolis, along with her daughter, future legal scholar Li Airan, until August 2016. She will focus her scholarly work on accident damage sharing based on risk allocation. Huang is the 28th Chinese scholar to visit IU McKinney since 2009.
She was welcomed by Professor Tom Wilson who oversees visiting scholar opportunities for Chinese law professors.
