Julie Elliott, ’12, has been named general counsel of Indianapolis-based Annex Student Living. Elliott has 15 years of legal experience, having served as associate general counsel for a national real estate investment and development company, and having served as a real estate paralegal for Bose McKinney & Evans, and for Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe.

Annex Student Living is a student housing developer with a portfolio of apartment communities.

“The Annex team has a passion for what they do and are really forging their own way in the student housing sector,” said Elliott. “They have a unique focus on creating student living communities at community colleges, regional campuses and Division II and III universities. I’m excited to be a part of that mission and to help them continue to grow.”
