Professors from IU McKinney and Toledo College of Law Create Exchange for Faculty Colloquia

Professor Elizabeth McCuskey of the University of Toledo College of Law spoke at IU McKinney on March 9 as part of the Faculty Colloquia. Her presentation in the Faculty Lounge at Inlow Hall is part of an exchange organized between the two law schools.
Professor McCuskey’s talk was titled “Body of Preemption: Health Law Traditions and the Presumption Against Preemption.” As part of the exchange, Professors Robert Katz and Max Huffman will present at the Toledo College of Law. Similar exchanges have been created with other law schools.

Bravo is also Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and International Affairs.
