03/04/2016
Kevin McLaren, ’04, a summa cum laude graduate of IU McKinney, presented the lecture titled “What You Really Do Once You Get a Job” on March 3. He was a guest in the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation’s lunch time lecture series for students.
McLaren (who is shown seventh from the right in the photo) is a patent attorney and director at the Indianapolis law firm Brannon Sowers & Cracraft. His talk was part of the IP Center’s regular lunch time series for law students, which runs throughout the academic year. Students are given the opportunity during the events to meet and ask questions of practitioners, many of whom are IU McKinney alumni, and learn about various career paths open to those with an expertise in IP law.
