Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition Offers CLE for Those Who Judge Event

Members of the bench and bar who volunteer to judge the annual Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition will receive continuing legal education credit in reward for their efforts.
The CLE is offered free for those interested in volunteering as a judge for the competition, or for those who are interested in the subject matter. The program will provide guidelines on the competition judging, as well as the moot court problem. This year’s topic is: transgender medically necessary procedures and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
The event is September 15 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Check-in begins at 11 a.m. Participants may attend in person and receive a free lunch, or attend remotely. The program will take place in the IU McKinney Faculty Lounge, Room 351. A total of 2.0 hours of CLE are available. To register, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CLErsvp .
