Professor Quigley, '87, to Take Part in Teach-In

Professor Fran Quigley, ’87, will present on the topic “Access to Medicines Advocacy and Faith Communities” during the 19th Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice. The event will take place in Washington, D.C., November 12-14.
Access to medicine is the subject of Professor Quigley’s latest scholarship. His most recent book, titled “Prescription for Change: 22 Reasons Why and How Medicine Should Be For Patients, Not Profits,” will be published by Cornell University Press in 2017.
Professor Quigley is a clinical professor of law, teaching in the Health and Human Rights Clinic. Clinic students advocate for rights on behalf of the poor.
