Professor Jennifer Drobac of IU McKinney talked about the potential of the new presidential administration to overturn Roe v. Wade in a news story that was broadcast on WTTV Channel 4. The story was televised November 14.
Professor Drobac noted that it would take more than one vacancy on the United States Supreme Court, among other things, for the case to be overturned, but “There are a lot of people out there who are nervous,” she said in the story.
Professor Drobac is a nationally known scholar who is frequently sought out by national media for her expertise in the areas of sexual harassment law, and adolescent neurological and psychological development and the law. Her latest book, Sexual Exploitation of Teenagers: Adolescent Development, Discrimination, and Consent Law, was published by University of Chicago Press.
