Professor Katz, Vice Dean Page Publish Article in Emory Law Journal

Professor Robert A. Katz and Vice Dean Antony Page have learned that their article titled “Sustainable Business” has been published in the Emory Law Journal.
The article examines the new organizational forms of sustainable businesses and contributes to the debate over these forms by analyzing the multiple meanings of sustainability in this context. The article’s abstract is available here. The full text of the article can be found here.
Professor Katz is an expert in the law of nonprofit organizations. His recent scholarship focuses on social enterprise and for-profit enterprises that seek to combine profitability with social mission.
Vice Dean Page is an expert in corporate law, who has been published in a variety of journals, and whose work has been cited by U.S. courts, including the Supreme Court and four state supreme courts.
