Rick Ruble, '99, Reappointed Commissioner of Indiana Department of Labor

Rick Ruble, ’99, has been reappointed as Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Labor by Governor-elect Eric Holcomb. His appointment will take effect January 9, 2017.
Ruble was named to the post in 2013. He had worked for the Department of Labor for the Research and Statistics division for 10 years before enrolling in law school at IU McKinney. He worked in private practice after graduation before returning to the Department of Labor in 2007.
