Fernanda Beraldi, LL.M. '15, One of the "Attorneys Who Matter"

Fernanda Beraldi, LL.M. ’15, has been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the 2016 Attorneys Who Matter. Attorneys Who Matter represent all areas of practice including federal agencies, in-house counsel, top ethics and compliance officers of major companies and outside counsel.

Beraldi is Director of International Ethics and Compliance and Corporate Counsel at Cummins, Inc. Prior to enrolling at IU McKinney to study for her LL.M., she was Senior Legal Counsel for Embraer, an aircraft manufacturer based in San Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
