IU McKinney students who successfully bid during the Women’s Caucus Auction on an excursion to an Indianapolis brewery collected their prize on February 28. Vice Dean Antony Page and Professors Max Huffman, Allison Martin, Jim Nehf, and Carlton Waterhouse joined forces with law students Nisha Azcona, Kathy Forbes, Allison Skimehorn, Chelsea Steele, and Hayley Wright to compete in a trivia contest at St. Joseph's Brewery. The team placed second in the contest, losing by only 2 points. “Big fun was had by all!” Professor Martin said.

 Women’s Caucus celebrated the 40^th anniversary of the auction in 2017. The event traditionally raises funds for a worthy charitable organization. This year’s beneficiary is Sheltering Wings Center or Women, a domestic violence shelter serving Hendricks County and surrounding areas.
