Professor Drobac Discusses Sexual Harassment Law Suits in MarketWatch Story

Professor Jennifer Drobac, a noted expert on sexual harassment law, was interviewed for a story in MarketWatch about the most recent allegations of this kind against a company. The article was posted March 1.
“Powerful men get away with sexual impropriety, and women know that,” Professor Drobac said in the story.
Professor Drobac is a nationally known scholar who is frequently sought out by national media for her expertise in the areas of sexual harassment law, and adolescent neurological and psychological development and the law. Her latest book, Sexual Exploitation of Teenagers: Adolescent Development, Discrimination, and Consent Law, was published by University of Chicago Press. She is currently a Visiting Fellow at Clare Hall and at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. She is researching a new book, The Myth of Consent, that she will write with Professor Oliver Goodenough.
