Marc Kaliser, '07, Named a Texas Rising Star

Marc Kaliser, ‘07, an associate at the Dallas, Texas, law firm Munck Wilson Mandala, has been named a Texas Rising Star for 2017.
Kaliser is an associate in Munck Wilson Mandala’s transactions section. In the area of corporate transactions, Kaliser focuses his practice on corporate, securities, and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, and general corporate governance. Kaliser’s experience includes counseling both buy-side and sell-side clients with respect to equity and asset purchases and sales, strategic entity formations, business transactions, and other corporate matters.
In the area of real estate transactions, Kaliser focuses his practice on acquisitions, sales, dispositions, leasing, finance, securitization, and development of real estate and private equity transactions, with an additional emphasis on purchase and sale of commercial and multifamily property. Kaliser’s practice encompasses all phases of the purchase and sale of real estate and related assets. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, technology, oil and gas, and financial services.
