Professor Boyne Presents at West Virginia Law Review Symposium

Professor Shawn Boyne will present a paper on March 31 at the West Virginia College of Law's Symposium on "Evolving Investigative Technologies and the Law." Professor Boyne, who teaches and conducts research in the field of criminal procedure and comparative law, will present a paper entitled "Stingray Technology, the Exclusionary Rule, and the Future of Privacy: A Cautionary Tale."
The symposium will feature the work of a number of experts in the field of investigative technology including Special Agent Brad Gilbride, U.S. Dep't of Energy, Office of Inspector General, Technology Crimes Section.
The paper will be published in an upcoming volume of the West Virginia Law Review.
