IP Center Lunch Lecture Addresses Non-Obviousness

The Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation’s weekly lunch series for students featured Rebecca Ball, a partner at Indianapolis law firm Barnes & Thornburg, on March 28. Her topic of discussion was “Thomas Jefferson’s Inventive Step: The Current Law and Policy on Non-Obviousness.”
