IU McKinney Panel Addresses Women and Racial Diversity in the Legal Profession

Four alumnae of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law took part in a panel discussion on the topic, “Through the Door and at the Table: Women and Racial Diversity in the Legal Profession.” The discussion, organized in commemoration of Women’s History Month, took place on March 28 in the Inlow Hall Wynne Courtroom.
The discussion was organized by Wende’ Ferguson, Senior Associate Director for Student Affairs at IU McKinney. Karen Bravo, Professor and Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and International Affairs at IU McKinney, was the moderator.
Discussants were:
- Noell Allen, ’07, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Government and Legislative Affairs at A Total Solution CPA & Consulting Services, Inc.
- Naomi Kwang, ’14, Associate at Indianapolis law firm Barnes & Thornburg
- Ruth Rivera, ’04, Deputy Attorney General in the Office of Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill
- Dana Teasley, ’04, Vice President and General Counsel at Greater Education Opportunities Foundation
