McKinney Faculty Present at Bio LawLaPalooza

IU McKinney Law faculty Jennifer Drobac, R. Bruce Townsend Professor of Law, and Nicolas P. Terry, Hall Render Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Hall Center for Law and Health, participated in Bio LawLaPaLooza at Stanford Law School, April 21-22.
The invitation-only event featured 40 scholars from the UK, Canada and the United Sates who work in the field of Bio Law. The presentations included panels on neuroscience, genomics, reproduction, and data.
Professor Drobac gave a paper entitled "Brain Science and The Civil Law Regarding Consenting Teenagers.” Professor Terry’s presentation was entitled "Why Health Care Has the Data Laws It Deserves."
