IU McKinney Inside-Out Prison Exchange Class Featured in Indiana Lawyer

Professor Shawn Boyne, along with the students enrolled in IU McKinney’s first-ever Inside-Out Prison Exchange class, were profiled in the July 12, 2017 issue of The Indiana Lawyer.
The article by Marilyn Odendahl examines the experience that brought 12 law students and 12 incarcerated men together in June to examine race, citizenship and crime. The IU McKinney course is based on the national Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program developed in the 1990s at Temple University.
