Darryl Scott Lavery, '01, Named Circuit Judge for the 30th Circuit, Division 2, in Kentucky

Darryl Scott Lavery, ’01, has been named Circuit Judge for the 30th Judicial Circuit, Division 2, of Kentucky. Lavery, of St. Matthews, Kentucky, is a partner with Boehl Stopher & Graves, where he has practiced law for the past 16 years.
Lavery is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. In addition, he is a board member of Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana, Inc., and has served as pro bono counsel for the Legal Aid Society’s Domestic Violence Advocacy Program, and as a member of the Citizen Foster Care Review Board for Jefferson County.
