Professor Magliocca Presents on Newest Book

Professor Gerard Magliocca presented at the IUPUI University Club on his upcoming book titled, The Heart of the Constitution: How the Bill of Rights Became the Bill of Rights. The talk took place August 23.
Professor Magliocca’s latest book explores the untold story of the most celebrated part of the United States Constitution, exploring the history of how the first 10 constitutional amendments came to be known as the Bill of Rights. The work, published by Oxford University Press, is scheduled to be released December 1.
Professor Magliocca is a Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law, and a noted expert in constitutional law.
