Professor Nicholas Georgakopoulos’ latest book, The Logic of Securities Law, was published by Cambridge University Press.
With a forward by Judge Richard Posner, the book reveals the world of finance and shows the engine of its regulation with simplicity, examining securities law in great detail.
Professor Georgakopoulos is the Harold R. Woodard Professor of Law at IU McKinney. He teaches courses in Business Associations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Law, and Securities Regulation. His scholarship is in the intersection of business and uncertainty.
