Professor Georgakopoulos Featured on Harvard Law School Bankruptcy Roundtable

Professor Nicholas Georgakopoulos has published a blog post on Harvard Law School’s Bankruptcy Roundtable. The piece, titled “Through Jevic’s Mirror: Orders, Fees, and Settlements,” was posted September 12.
His latest book, The Logic of Securities Law, was published by Cambridge University Press.
Professor Georgakopoulos is the Harold R. Woodard Professor of Law at IU McKinney. He teaches courses in Business Associations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Law, and Securities Regulation. His scholarship is in the intersection of business and uncertainty.
