Research demonstrated that the effects of sexual harassment of employees by clients and customers is just as damaging, according to a story published by MarketWatch. IU McKinney Professor Jennifer Drobac discussed the topic in a story published September 25.
Companies who know their employees are being sexually harassed and do nothing are engaging in their own form of harassment by creating a hostile work environment, Professor Drobac says in the story.
Professor Drobac is a nationally known scholar who is frequently sought out by national media for her expertise in the areas of sexual harassment law, and adolescent neurological and psychological development and the law.
