IU McKinney Welcomes Visiting Scholar Leng Shua, LL.M. '07

Shua, LL.M. ’07, is a visiting scholar from Xi ’an Jiaotong University Law School, where he is a Ph.D. candidate. Leng will be doing research in the area of National Security Review of Foreign Investments. Leng is a partner at the Beijing DHH Law Firm.
He is shown here in the photo, at left, with Professor Tom Wilson. Professor Wilson is the Director of the Joint Center for Asian Law Studies and Director of the Chinese Law Summer Program.
