Professor Magliocca to Appear on C-Span's Book TV December 15

Professor Gerard Magliocca will appear on C-Span's "Book TV" program on December 15, 2017, to discuss his latest work. He will discuss, The Heart of the Constitution: How the Bill of Rights Became the Bill of Rights, on the program that will air live at 10 a.m.
Professor Magliocca’s latest book explores the untold story of the most celebrated part of the United States Constitution, exploring the history of how the first 10 constitutional amendments came to be known as the Bill of Rights. The work, published by Oxford University Press, is scheduled to be released December 19, 2017.
Professor Magliocca is a Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law, and a noted expert in constitutional law.
