Professor Magliocca to Discuss Latest Book at IU McKinney on February 21

Professor Gerard Magliocca will discuss his book, The Heart of the Constitution: How the Bill of Rights Became the Bill of Rights, during a Faculty Book Talk on February 21 at IU McKinney.
The book, which explores the untold story of the most celebrated part of the United States Constitution, exploring the history of how the first 10 constitutional amendments came to be known as the Bill of Rights, was published in December 2017 by Oxford University Press. Professor Magliocca is a Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law, and a noted expert in constitutional law. This latest book is his fourth.
The event begins at 5 p.m. in the Wynne Courtroom, followed by a reception and book signing in the atrium at 6 p.m. There is 1.0 hour of Indiana continuing legal education credit available with a required registration. The event is free and open to the public.
