Professor Georgakopoulos Presents on 'The Logic of Securities Law' during Faculty Book Talk

Professor Nicholas Georgakopoulos talked about his latest book, The Logic of Securities Law, during a Faculty Book Talk presentation at IU McKinney. The event took place on February 12 in the Wynne Courtroom.
With a forward by Judge Richard Posner, the book reveals the world of finance and shows the engine of its regulation with simplicity, examining securities law in great detail. Professor Georgakopoulos is the Harold R. Woodard Professor of Law at IU McKinney. He teaches courses in Business Associations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Law, and Securities Regulation. His scholarship is in the intersection of business and uncertainty.
