Professor Quigley Continues Writing, Speaking About Access to Medicines

Professor Fran Quigley, '87, has been focusing his teaching and writing in the area of access to medicines. His latest book, Prescription for the People: An Activist's Guide to Making Medicine Affordable for All, was published by Cornell University Press in November 2017. Quigley, who teaches in IU McKinney's Health and Human Rights Clinic, is a frequent speaker and writer on the subject. Professor Quigley is a clinical professor of law at IU McKinney. The Health and Human Rights Clinic, where students advocate for the rights of the poor, with a special focus on the individual and systemic barriers to accessing health care and the social determinants of health.
