IU McKinney LL.M. Graduate Chosen for Fellowship in New York State

Mostafa Soliman Ahmed Mohamed, LL.M. '16, was recently selected as a New York State Family Security Project Fellow. The Fellowship is an Equal Justice Works program that is part of a broader initiative called the Liberty Defense Project. The program is comprised of 12 Fellows who are focused on fostering family security and community education through delivering high-quality legal services to immigrant families across New York.
Mohamed is hosted by the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, where he helps local families obtain or improve their immigration status. Prior to coming to New York, he worked at Indiana Legal Services, Inc.
