04/06/2018
Professor Kimberle' Crenshaw, Distinguished Professor of Law at UCLA and Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, spoke with law students at IU McKinney on April 5. The event took place in the Wynne Courtroom.
Professor Crenshaw is a leading authority in the area of civil rights, Black feminist legal theory, and race, racism, and the law. Her work is foundational in the two fields of study that are known by the terms she defined: Critical Race Theory, and Intersectionality.
