Students from Brazil, Nigeria, and Pakistan Featured in Speaker Event

IU McKinney Master of Laws students Alex Okafor, Sheikh Mohsin, and Eduardo Pottumati presented talks regarding law in their home countries during an International Student Speaker Series event on March 1.
Okafor's topic was "Process of Criminal Trials in Nigeria." He has served in the criminal litigation department in the Ministry of Justice of Akwa Ibom State, and has been an associate partner at Prospect Chambers Co. in Nigeria.
Mohsin talked about "Administration of Criminal Justice in Pakistan." A practicing attorney in Pakistan, he also has worked as an intern in the Federal Investigation Agency.
Pottuami discussed "Brazilian Health Law and Judicial Review." His areas of practice are labor law, Social Security law, torts, and criminal law.
