Professor Magliocca Discusses Latest Work during Faculty Book Talk

Professor Gerard Magliocca delivered a presentation on his latest book during a Faculty Book Talk Event on February 21 at Inlow Hall. His discussion of "The Heart of the Constitution: How the Bill of Rights Became the Bill of Rights," took place in the Wynne Courtroom.

The book, which explores the untold story of the most celebrated part of the United States Constitution, exploring the history of how the first 10 constitutional amendments came to be known as the Bill of Rights, was published in December 2017 by Oxford University Press. Professor Magliocca is a Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law, and a noted expert in constitutional law. This latest book is his fourth.
