Professor Drobac, Vice Dean Page, Talk with 'Wall Street Journal' about Teen Workplace Harassment

Professor Jennifer Drobac and Vice Dean Antony Page discussed sexual harassment of teens in the workplace for an article that appeared in the April 27 issue of the Wall Street Journal. The article also contains comment from Katy Yang-Page, legal counsel at Rolls Royce, and wife of Dean Page.
Titled, Teens Worry About Getting Summer Restaurant Jobs. Parents Worry About Sexual Harassment, Professor Drobac says that experiencing sexual harassment at a young age can "undermine a young person's confidence and sense of validity in the world." She continues, "If their early message is that they're fungible and objectified, it can have a lasting effect in other relationships these teens have in their later lives."
The piece also features Vice Dean Page and Yang-Page and the concerns they have over their daughter, Katriona, who wants to work in a restaurant in future.
