Six IU McKinney Alumni under Consideration for Marion County Bench

Six of the nine finalists under consideration for the judicial vacancies coming up on the Marion County bench are graduates of the IU McKinney School of Law. The Marion County Judicial Selection Committee named the finalists on May 23.
The committee, chaired by Indiana Supreme Court Justice Mark Massa, '89, and Indiana Court of Appeals Judge Cale Bradford, '86, will forward the names to Governor Eric Holcomb, who will make the final selections. This is the first time the selection committee has met to interview candidates to fill open seats on the bench. All three judges' terms expire on December 31.
To fill the upcoming vacancy in Civil Division 7, the committee chose Magistrate Judge Jason Reyome, '00, and attorney Jennifer Harrison, '08.
To fill the upcoming vacancy in Criminal Division 19, the committee chose Magistrate Judge Marshelle Broadwell, '01.
To fill the upcoming vacancy in Civil Division 6, the committee chose Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Marchal, '94, Magistrate Judge Mark Jones, '80, and Magistrate Judge Danielle Gaughan, '84.
