Dennis Bland, '92, gave a talk to members of Learn More Indiana on August 15. Learn More Indiana is led by the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, where Bland serves on the Academic Affairs and Quality Committee.

Bland is president of the Center for Leadership Development, and Indianapolis non-profit organization dedicated to empowering African-American youth for academic and career success. In addition to providing curriculum-based youth development programs, the group’s College Prep Institute helps prepare students and parents for academic and career achievement.
