09/04/2018
IU McKinney celebrates the 10th visit by students and faculty from FAESA—Centro Universitario, in Vitória, Brazil. Classroom instruction is supplemented with law-related field trips, such as the Indiana Senate, the Indiana Supreme Court, and a naturalization ceremony at the U.S.
District Court, as well as visits to the sights that the city is most known for, like the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (shown in the photo at right).
The group is led by Dean Otoni, and Professor Stella Emery Santana, who is in her second year as a visiting professor at IU McKinney.
The program was founded in 2009 by Professor Tom Wilson.
