IU McKinney Welcomes LL.M. and S.J.D. Students for Fall 2018

The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law began the Fall 2018 semester with a total of 19 new Master of Laws students and one Doctor of Juridical Science student.

Zholdoshbek Adamisa from Kyrgyzstan
Olajumoke Omotola Adeyeye from Nigeria
Abdullah Alasmi from Saudi Arabia
Mohammed Alghamdi from Saudi Arabia
Maitha Altamimi of the United Arab Emirates received a law degree from UAE University, a post-graduate diploma in UAE Diplomacy and International Relations from Emirates Diplomatic Academy. After completing the LL.M. on the International Human Rights Law track at IU McKinney, Altamimi plans to pursue a career in conflict resolution and advocacy for human rights worldwide.
Vitalii Buz of the Ukraine. Buz received a Specialist in Law diploma from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a specialization in Jurisprudence, and received a Master in Law Diploma (Jurisprudence) from Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs. He also received a Specialist in Finance diploma from Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade. After completing his LL.M. studies, he plans to take the bar exam in New York, and hopes to work for an international organization.
Trieu Anh Kiet Do of Vietnam studied International Commercial Law at Vietnam National University University of Economics and Law. After completing an Optional Practical Training in the United States after completing the LL.M. degree, Do plans to return to Vietnam.

Min Du of China received a law degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and a master's degree in Comparative Law from Renmin University of China Law School. Du plans to pursue a Doctor of Juridical Science degree after completing LL.M. studies at IU McKinney.

Lily Pham of Vietnam graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with a major in Commercial Law. She plans to complete an Optional Practical Training experience before returning to Vietnam to practice law.
