Two IU McKinney Professors Discuss Kavanaugh Nomination in Local, National Media

Two members of the faculty at the Indiana University Robert. H. McKinney School of Law have discussed the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court.
Professor Fran Quigley, Clinical Professor of Law who teaches in the Health and Human Rights Clinic, wrote an opinion piece that appeared in the Indianapolis Star.
Professor Gerard Magliocca, Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law and Interim Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation, was quoted in a story about Judge Kavanaugh's nomination that appears in the National Law Journal (registration required).
