IU McKinney Commemorates Constitution Day with CLE Program

The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law marked Constitution Day with a continuing legal education program September 17. Members of the IU McKinney faculty discussed recently decided cases from the United States Supreme Court. The event took place in Room 300 at Inlow Hall.
Faculty who spoke at the event included:
- John Hill, Professor of Law, Adjunct Professor of Philosophy; Grimes Fellow, Masterpiece Cakeshop Ltd v Colorado Civil Rights Division
- Aila Hoss, Visiting Assistant Professor; IU Grand Challenge Fellow, Washington v. United States
- Gerard Magliocca, the Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law, Trump v. Hawaii
- Florence Wagman Roisman, the William F. Harvey Professor of Law, Lucia v. SEC
- Joel Schumm, '98, Clinical Professor of Law, Director of the Judicial Externship Program, and the Appellate Clinic, Carpenter v. United States
- Frank Sullivan, Jr., Professor of Practice, Janus v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31
