Justin Forkner, '10, Named Chief Administrative Officer for Indiana Supreme Court

Justin Forkner, '10, has been named Chief Administrative Officer for the Indiana Supreme Court. He comes to the role from his position as Executive Director of the Office of Court Services. He begins his new duties on October 26.
Forkner was a law clerk for former Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard, and Justice Mark Massa, '89, and Justice Steven David, '82. After graduating from Indiana University, he was commissioned into active military service as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army, where he spent more than seven years on active duty, including tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Forkner also served for five years in the Indiana Army National Guard. He also served as an administrative law judge and agency counsel for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
