The talk took place on November 29.
Pereira discussed Case 13.353 filed by Brazilian judges before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights for alleged human rights violations committed against prisoners in Presidio Central, Porto Alegre. “I want to praise IU McKinney and Unirriter for this opportunity,” Pereira said. “This initiative shows the attention both institutions have in building connections with foreign law faculties.”
