Professor McCabe featured on Harvard Law School Podcast

IU McKinney Law Professor of Practice Janet McCabe is featured on a recent episode of the Harvard Law School Energy and Environmental Law podcast.
The episode of CleanLaw: Harvard Environmental & Energy Law, titled “Joe and Janet Take Down the MATS Rollback,” features Professor McCabe with her former Environmental Protection Agency colleague Joe Goffman, who helped lead the team that developed the Mercury and Air Toxic Standards (MATS). They discuss the effects of a new proposal to remove the legal foundation of the rule, and what might happen next.
Professor McCabe was Acting Administrator for the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation from 2009-2017. In addition to teaching at IU McKinney, she is Director for Policy and Implementation at the Indiana University Environmental Resilience Institute. She is also a Senior Law Fellow at the Environmental law and Policy Center.
