IU McKinney ISBA Moot Court Team Takes Top Prize

The IU McKinney team of Rachel Ehlermann and Riley Parr took the top prize at the third annual Indiana State Bar Association Law Student Conclave moot court competition. Kate Meltzer and Destini Anderson, another outstanding team from IU McKinney, won the award for best brief. The competition took place March 29. The teams were coached by their classmate, Alec Baker.
McKinney students faced teams from IU Maurer School of Law, and Notre Dame Law School. Parr also received the best oralist award. The semi-final round of competition took place in the Indiana Court of Appeals Courtroom, with the finals in the Indiana Supreme Court's Courtroom.
