Professor Desnoyer Receives Grant, Named to Inaugural Leadership Academy for Legal Writing

Professor Brad Desnoyer has been named to the inaugural leadership academy of the Association of Legal Writing Directors, and has received a $5,000 curriculum enhancement grant from the IUPUI Center for Teaching and Learning.
The Association of Legal Writing Directors is a nonprofit professional association of directors of legal reasoning, research, writing, analysis, and advocacy programs from law schools throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. The academy's goal is to provide emerging leaders in the field with leadership skills.
In other news, Professor Desnoyer has recently learned that his proposal for an online course has received a $5,000 curriculum enhancement grant from the IUPUI Center for Teaching and Learning. He will work with the center on his project and update other grant awardees on its progress throughout the year.
Professor Desnoyer is an associate clinical professor of law at IU McKinney. He joined the faculty in 2018.
