Professor Edwards Featured in Story on IU Partnership in Thailand

An online story about Indiana University's work in Thailand and other nations in the ASEAN region features IU McKinney Professor George Edwards. He spent a year as a visiting fellow at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law in Bangkok, Thailand.
The story notes that Professor Edwards first visited Thailand when he was a summer law associate at a law firm in Bangkok after his first year of law school, and has returned several times in the years since.
Professor Edwards is the Special Assistant to the Dean for Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations and the Carl M. Gray Professor of Law. He is also director of the Program in International Human Rights Law and director of the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, U.S. Military Commission Observation Project and The Gitmo Observer, all of which he founded.
